Terms and conditions

Cleaning:
The Bath Roof Terrace Apartment should be left in a reasonable condition on check-out. If, at the management's discretion, intensive cleaning is required to ensure the accommodation is fit for the next guests, the cost of this cleaning will be charged as an additional fee based on costs incurred.

Smoking:
The Bath Roof Terrace Apartment is strictly non-smoking in accordance with the law. We reserve the right to charge £50 (in addition to the general cleaning charges) for specialist cleaning if a smell of smoke is detected on check-out.

Damages:
The Bath Roof Terrace Apartment reserves the right to charge for breakages or damage to fixtures and fittings beyond normal wear and tear.

Late Checkout:
Unauthorised late checkout will be charged at £10 per 30 minutes to cover staff costs.
