This is the largest of the bedrooms and set at the front of the property. It has two double glazed sash windows that face out over George Street. The bed can be arranged into a 'super king-size' or two full-size single beds (please let us know at time of booking). There is also a dressing table, two bedside cabinets, two bedside lamps, clothes' hanging facilities, a full length mirror, a chair and a hair dryer.

Set at the front of the property, this double room has a single double glazed sash window overlooking George Street. Set into the wall is an original Victorian Range, 170 years old. Back in the Victorian times, the servants would have occupied the upper and lower portions of the house (where it was coldest). At one time this bedroom would have formed part of the kitchen and living quarters. The bed can be arranged into a 'super king-size' or two full-size singles. There is one bedside cabinet, a bedside lamp, clothes' hanging facilities, a full length mirror, chair and a hairdryer.

Based at the rear of the property, this en-suite room has two sash windows overlooking the whole of Bath, including the Abbey. The en-suite has a bath, separate double shower, sink and toilet and there is a original Victorian (decommissioned) fireplace. The bed can be arranged into a 'super king-size' or two full-size single beds (please let us know at check in). There is one bedside cabinet, a bedside lamp, a built-in wardrobe, a full length mirror, chair and hairdryer.
